Tyre speed rating...too low?

I am about to put some new tyres on my '99 Clubby. The recommended tyre rating is 95W. If I wasn't planning on going over 210, would it be okay to put a 95H tyre on the vehicle?

Short answer is NO.

You cannot put a tyre with a lower load/speed rating onto the car - legally.

i dont plan on going more then 103km/h, however i have y rated (300kmh) on my car, and would highly recommend.
