Evening blue screen adicts,
I am trying to give my Vyss a nicer less bumpy ,less rattly ride.So my question is what can I do ? I have lovell superlows and 19" rims with poopoo Wanli's on, what is a good preasure to run these at without being too hard nor too soft ? also will getting rid of the FE2 shocks for a better short shock give a nicer ride? I am not expecting mirilces but would these small relatively cheap mods give me a nicer car to drive and help stop my man boobs from wobbling over not so big bumps.

Hey mate,
I spoke to a suspension place on the coast about fitting superlows to my ute and they recommended the following setup:
"Big Bore" style spring matched shocks (KYB or Monroe GT GAS with reflex absorber)
Poly Air assist bag kit (in case of a load or guard scrubbing)
36-38psi in Falken 19" tyres
The shocks matched to the spring will make a huge difference as at the moment the two will be working against each other.
If that dosen't work, I'd see if anyone has put Kramer's idea into practise and is making a "BRO" (Manssire) :)

I run 42 front and 40 rear as per Bridgestone recommendations on Kings Superlows ... no complaints about ride comfort.

I run 36 front 38 back on the R8, Im curious why do some of you run higher pressures on the front, is this common or is my pressures wrong, remember I.ve got the fatter tyres on the back

I run 39 all round on my 245/35 19 inch Yokohama Advan V103 (absolutely superb tyre). I think the message here is to run something more than 37 and less than 42 - your choice really.

Is it due to the extra weight in the front of the car due to
the engine? Just a thought.

my yokos say 42psi, usually drop that to 40 to account for heating up and surprisingly a bit better ride. I suppose it depends on the tyre manufacturer, cheap tyres have softer walls and i find given this still have shit ride quality not to mention performance.
i found with the 19s to fiddle with pressures to find a good medium, especially with the utes.

my yokos say 42psi.
You'll find that is the max pressure, not the recommended pressure.

I run 38 on the front due to the load thats placed on it while cornering and 36 on the back to give it a bit more traction, I know it's only 2 psi less but I can definitely feel the difference especially in the wet. (Typhoon)

i run 38psi in mine.
as for the shocks get rid of the fe2 and stick a good name brand short stroke shock in it.
i run pedders in mine had the fe2 shocks and pedders springs and it rode pretty harsh.then i changed to pedders sports ryder shocks and now it rides a lot better.
good luck.
