cam and head upgrade with 2 1/2 exhuast system

Already have cam upgade, any know if 2 1/2 exhaust is okay for head upgade (just ported) or is 3'' the way to go .Seeing if any one has 2 1/2'' with haed and cam.

If you race it just go the 3" , metal cats and 1"7/8 4 into 1 Difillipos.

is your car just a cam upgrade and what exhust are you running ( What time do you get down the 1/4 mile)

Baby Cam 216 220 1.8 rockers, Ported Heads 10.7:1, its done 11.414/118.6mph but that was with short 4 into 1s 1"5/8 and 2"1/2 metal cats and open exhaust. custom 2"1/2

I have just changed to large DF long tubes and still retain the custom 2"1/2 system but i am confident it would be even better with dual 3". The DF leaned the car out 3-5% at WOT and that would usually be accompanied by a rwkw gain of 3-5%.

The other area to look for gains now is at intake manifold and TB and OTR.
