the old sheriff came around yesterday, clamped the wheel on the new maloo!?
harassed the f$ck out of my little sister(who i look after) and basically said 'if he dont call us tonight his ute is gone'!!!! then he called me and told me he had clamped the ute and will take it if i cant come up with(what he thinks)is a satisfactory amount of cash plus payment plan..... if u can afford a new vehicle then u can afford to forfeit it, he also went on to say he can take anything to fix the debt up, including ur house, boat and ur wagon the missus takes the kids to school in. met him today gave him the cash and told him to get the fuk off my property b4 i broke his nose. he didnt like that and said hes only doing his job!!! ha ha well he took the job on didnt he and deserves(just like we all do in our jobs) a frigging hard time.

when i got my license there were 10 traffic fines u could get, now there is over 100!!!!!! typical aussies let it slide, complain to there mates but do nothing about it...

Hmm dont know how long this thread will last but, I had the same situation a few years back. I pretended to split up with the misus and told them I would give them 16000 for my VT senator and they took it. I owed 27000 on it. These collectors go to your finance company and say "I will give ya 10000 for the policy" then whatever they make is profit, Got a cheap senator...!:yahoo:

+6/71 blower = unroadworthy + dangerous vehicle + EPA fine for excessive noise..... X 2
+ole days, big bull bar, to loud, to low, to fast(same old crap)
+many small speeding fines(can never tell in a moded car if the speedos correct unless u really wana:)
+the odd parking fine
+unregistered vehicle X 3
+unlicensed driving (please keep in mind, my fault, not good at reading mail)
+dangerous driving(spinning the wheel slightly on take off X 3)
plus a few more!!!!
+massive speedo F^uk up, and got 14 camera fines on wet gate fwy, there gunna drop those due to incorrect reading.

as is 6-10ks over the limit. oh and yer sorry for the blower hanging out the bonet, whoops, oh and i best take the twi9n difilippo and send that bak cause it may wake u up. retire the 2 speed and stally, cant drop that into gear at the lights and the wheels jump forward making a 2" squeel sound. i guess i should just buy a magna, and call an end to my obvious bad behaviour.

You are looking in the wrong spot for sympathy. How can you even get on here whinging about your situation when you cant even be bothered to help yourself. We have all had speeding fines we have all done things wrong but most of us just bite the bullet and accept the consequences for what we have done. I we feel we have been wronged by the police then we get on here and ask for advice but we dont come here proud of our list of offences and have a cry and expect everyone to say nice things to us.

If you are as old as what you make out to be then you should know better so suck it up, pay your fines and stop your crying. If you cant go and cry somewhere else because someone expecting all of us to feel sorry for you with a list of offences like that makes us all look bad!
