Hi guys.

Just spend a great day out at the V8's with the kids.
Was sensational to have a day of work and get out there on the Friday.
The most relaxed day of the 3 and the best for getting to meet the drivers.
Daughter was given the VIP treatment by Garth again and I can't help but put the pic up.
She made a Birthday card for him and got her photo of her and him from last year signed.
Whilst I was getting the camera ready for another photo for this year he took her behind the roped of area and sat her on his car for some pics.
attached is the best one.
Got some great pics of the result of Courney's break fade.
Looking forward to a GT win tomorrow.

Courtney hit the wall hard
Came down the back straight and just had no breaks. Tried to soften the blow by hitting the side wall first as he was moving.
Contact was so hard he popped the rear 1/4 window out the car and sent it flying about 10m onto the grassed area. Some bloke jumped the fence and grabbed it.

After seeing the practice results it looks like the BF's are looking shabby like Courtney's. Looks like there were plenty of red lion boys and girls offering Courtney their condolences... :lmao:

if they do get back up n going we know they aint gunna be A1 and will stuggle for a good setup after such big damage etc

Great pics mate.

It is always pleasing to see the teams and drivers go out of their way for the kids.

When my son was unwell, HRT, Paul Wisel and Skaifey did the same thing and I will never forget that.
Needless to say, my son will be a Holden fan for life as a result.

Was really impressed with Todd this weekend and awsome to see skaife hit the podium after all the downtalk in the media!
I was devistated i couldnt go this weekend :(

The ve looks sensational as a race car....
I wish I was there today. I could hear the cars in the first race today when I was standing out the front of my house.
But after doing Friday and Saturday it was too hard to do today aswell with the kids.
