We get multo posts about excellent performance but to make improvements to LS1-2 Commodores these improvements are too quick in 1st and illegal in 2nd on public roads.

I live in Canterbury NZ. Full of straight roads but we don't like the nutters.

Dynos are about things never realised unless you close the road off. Even 3.76 is all done and public roads also get joggers, tractors... so where do you serious power get off?

Usually they go to the track or dyno's.

As others have said, "the track" it is... you'd be mad trying anything on the street!

Gidday rob, im also in chch. I went out to a track day at ruapuna about 3 weeks ago just to check it out. A friend of mine suggested having a go next time. Looked like a lot of fun. I can pm you next time i hear of another one if you want.

Thats exactly right and the ones that don't go to the track never exceed the posted speed limits or accelerate their cars. :p
