I have done an extensive search for this info and couldn't find out .

I can see the difference in the head rest but what seat would hold you in better around corners ?

The Coulsons looks like they have more support.

Does anyone know the facts?

I have the R8 (Coulsons) and they are heaps better than the Clubbie ones. Have sat in a mates standard Clubbie and they feel crap!

So they hug you better ?

Do you think it can run the standard head rest ?

I know my coulsons feel to offer more lateral support than the standard HSV seats.

The Standard HSV seats have only foam to support you the Coulsons have a Bar welded to each side of the base seat frame. This is inside the foam and hence provide more support....

I think I have some pics somewhere...

The standard HSV seats in the VX range have the same bar welded into the frame of the front seat bases, don't know about the later models though
