I trying to purchase a copy of the Holden Service Manual on CD for a 2004 VZ SS 5.7 Commodore with Auto and drive by wire throttle.

I'm especially looking for the complete wiring harness schematic from Engine to ECU, PTCM, Transmission and Throttle pedal etc.

Thanks for your assistance.
Tony.

I can't help with the CD, but you may find something of interest from this site.....

http://www.painlessperformance.com/InfoSearch/manuals.php

I've only just come across the site ( in the last 10 min ) so don't know exactly what's there but there is a fair bit of info on wiring the LS1 motor as well as lots of other motors.

There has been trouble with the release of the " Customer Copy" Holden workshop CD. It shouldn't be too far away now.

Thanks Dickie Knee.

I'm actually trying to get ahold of the Compact Disc Holden dealers have. My local dealer showed me a copy of the service CD but said it cannot be purchased. He also said only the Holden service CD has the wiring schematic I require.

Best of luck getting a hold of that.

The CD I am referring to is the almost the same as the Dealer copy. It just excludes the warranty, bulletins and Vin data. So it will have the wiring and any other data you require.

How much are these worth? I wouldn't mind owning one, but ater paying $15 bucks for a bolt, I'm scared to know the price of these things. Still, it would be worth having..

the last one i bought was a dealer copy and cost me $290.00 , and you have to open it once a month or you have to keep register it each time
