???????????
You have got to be joking!
It is bizzare that would even be suggested ... another rumour & mis-information package with no substance.

We certainly dont encourage the guys to be standing around having a chat instead of ensuring the machines are running, but it is certainly not a case of "not allowed to talk to others". We do expect the assigned task to be the primary focus (& I'm sure anybody buying our products would be grateful the the operator was concentrating on their product), but there are times when the machines are running and it is appropriate to chat.
There is no way it could be described as oppressive, and certianly not a concentartion camp.

PS ... Thanks for letting me clarify that line of thinking!

If the core skills are known and demonstratable, we will certainly consider teaching anything that is missing.

Need any design engineers :D

We are always on the hunt for "the best" and most versatile.

Need any maintenance work done on those Mazaks?

Occasionally, but as most of them are fairly new, it is usually preventative maintenance.
All appropriately skilled tradespeople are encouraged to apply ... we are willing to train the right candidates.
