More power via exhaust / Changing plugs

Hey

I have an 05 CV8 naro, getting a 2.5 inch exhaust, cat back modification and also changing the air intact to a HSV box.

How much more power could that give me?

Any other little things i can do get more power?

Also my car has done 40k's, is it worth changing the plugs? I heard you only need to do at 100k service?

Mazza, try using the search option, you will find a heap of info on exhausts and other related mods, including your airbox. As far as "How Much" , they all differ. Besides figures are only for bragging righys anyway. If it drives better, and your happy with the ""Bang for Bucks" then it was worth it. As I said, try the search option you will have hours of reading material.
