VY 15A Fuel Pump Fuse

I own a supercharged VY commodore and experience an intermittent problem. On start (approx 10-15 seconds after ignition) the 15A fuel pump fuse blows. Doesn't always happen, and there doesn't appear to be a trend ie. temperature, moisture etc. No-one seems to be able to tell me what the problem is. Replacing the 15A fuse with a 20A one causes the problem not to occur, however this is not an acceptable solution. Any suggestions?

try changing the fuel filter, the pump may be working harder to push fuel through a semi blocked filter, or look at the pump itself.. may have some crap in the tank thats damaged it in some way, not hard to do nowadays
