I'm looking at getting a set of billet wheels for my Monaro.
Currenly running 20 x 8.5" all round, was wondering if anyone had put 20 x 10" on the rear of their Commodore/Monaro. My guards have been pumped and lip is rolled but still not sure if they will fit. (Tyre shop said they wiil fit)
Any thoughts

If the tyre shop has told you they will fit and they don't it's then up to them to fix the mistake
Just make sure you don't go handing over any cash until they are fitted and clearing everything...........
I used to have 19 X 9.5's on the rear of my Monaro and they cleared just......

Problem is that the mags are custom made to order in the States 3-4 week delivery.
Have to pay deposit up front.

If you're ordering them through the tyre shop I would have them take measurements first....these wheel places usually have a spec sheet that needs to be filled out before making the wheels, that way the responsibility will fall back on the shop.
If you are ordering them privately I would be triple checking all my measurements and maybe even do a mock up wheel so that you're sure it will all clear........I imagine they are going to be quite expensive.

Tyre shop in Perth said if I wanted to put 20x10's on the arse of my VY SS Ute it would have to be mini tubbed.....20x9.5's fitted just.

If they assure you that they'll fit, then I would leave them a deposit with special note on your receipt that they will fully refund all your monies if they do not fit.

yeah 10" seems fairly wide. maybe they mean they will fit... if you have the guard sitting at least an inch higher than the tyre...

i got 20" 9.5 on the back and they are fine....10 might be pushing it, but you should be ok if the gaurds are rolled good enough
