what do most places charge to change diff gears in vx's ?

I paid $1350 for 3.9 gears and a full LSD rebuild while it was out, 4 months ago. This was from a diff joint. Needed to get the speedo and shift points changed though. Most perf shops I rang were around $1450 in Melb but they would change the speedo and shift points if you have an auto for this price.
