VZ Manual Gear Shift

I have a VZ V6 Ute and was wanting to get a leather/chrome gear knob and boot but i went to my local car part specialist (AMCAP) and they couldn't find one for a V6 only a V8. I went to the holden website and says you can get the leather gear knob as an accessory??

Does anyone know where i am able to get one or even a holden part number so i can take that to amcap so they can order it.

If Holden have it as an accessory wouldn't you be better off to just get it straight off them?

i think it was either nvu.com.au or holmart.com.au that has the 5 speed gear shift knobs from memory
