Well the run of vandalism to my car has continued. After just weeks ago getting both right hand side doors resprayed due to some twat leaving scratches down the side, and a slashed tyre, last night while at training, someone/ some people broke into a few cars in the parking lot. Lucky for me i discovered the art of deadlocking a couple of months ago and have been doing it ever since then so after breaking the quater panel window they were unable to lift the lock and therefore couldnt get into my car which had my wallet, phone and watch in it (not in sight mind u). A team mate wasnt so lucky, they broke his pasenger door window, and stole his phone and wallet from his glovebox.

So anyway, im now after a good/cheap window repairman in the northern suburbs, if anyone has any recomendations that would be great.

cheers

Pity the quarterwindow is the smallest but normally the most expensive to replace. :(

Sorry to hear mate, my car has only been vandalised once, and it made me so furious.

Doesn't that just gut you....They say bad luck comes in three's so just prepare yourself. Makes you wonder sometimes if it is worth spending money on our cars to make them look and go only for these sorts of things to happen.:cussing:

nope nobody caught, we came back to the cars after training to find them in that state, they wouldve been long gone. The people must of been desperate cos that car park usually has people comin in and out most of the night while we're there and is also on a fairly busy road. The annoying thing is one of my mates said he saw some people hanging around in the carpark when he came down, and when he left something in his car and went back for it they quickly jumped back in their car, but i didnt really take him seriously. Missed my chance to possibly catch one of these low lifes and, in self defence of course, break both of his knees so next time he tries to break into a car he has to roll away in a chair.

a few weeks back my missus young cousin (19) went down a local beach on a wild and rainy day. his was the only car in the car park. A new Subaru Liberty. He came back and saw some young guys leaving in a hurry in a VN. When he got to his car he noticed the passenger window had been smashed and they took his phone and ipod and his mates wallet. he rang his phone and they were cheeky enough to answer. he explained not so nicely that he wanted his phone back and they guy said they were gonna come back and make him pi$$.

It was pi$$ing down with rain to and the whole front interior got soaked.

Some people jsut got no respect for peoples cars. They sit there and take any opportunity they get. I'd just like to walk up to someone who was in my car and "say g'day". Man one would go off hey.

problem is not only do they have no respect for your property, but none for you either, they would probably stick a knife in your guts first and worry about their defence later in court, provided you were still around to see it!

A lot of these people are under the influence of drugs. They really have no conscience. They are after a quick buck and couldn`t care less of the consequences that follow.:cussing:

I feel for all concerned, yes they are all low lifes and deserve a good flogging as this is all they understand.

I for one support locating these types and busting their knee caps. (and anything else they throw in front of my baseball bat)

Amen to that! I think society is way too soft with these d**kheads. No second chances, they deserve a very good beating which I'd be glad to administer.

Man, I always hate parking either of my cars anywhere in public. Hard to enjoy having a nice set of wheels, that you worked hard to afford, when you think some moron out there has other ideas.

It's not even that they will try to steal it (since most of these kinds of break-ins are just snatch and grab), but just that someone will scratch it, or kick it, de-badge it or any other thing they do because they're bored and have no respect.

And if they get caught, they go to court, and come right back out again... and it's our damn premiums that go up because of these low lives. :cussing:
