Finally had a Mafless tune done after have a maf tune for 7 months. Oh My God. Worth the wait. When I got my maf tune my tuner wasn't that keen as he hadn't done that many mafless. The car is so more responsive and throaty. Ended up with Approx 260rwkw and a shit load of touque!! waiting on a OTR when the legals get sorted. Next a Ripshift and clutch. Which will be a TEX. Start saving the fun tickets!!.A big thanks to Jason at JSM in Darwin. Nice work!!!:driving: :yahoo: I can LIght up 3rd gear quite easly.

260rwkw from a tune? And in Darwins heat? DANG man thats a good 5.7 you have there. Alot of cars only get to 260rwkw with a cam up the guts.
I can just see it now, a screaming ute getting sideways out of the uncle sams car park in the city!
Does any one still cruise up there? Its been years since I used to rip it up every weekend at uncle sams and Truck city and the warf in my little red R100!

Yer there is few people that cruise around on a friday night. truck city still mainly TDZ which is out at the whafe. I don't go there full of Young punks who take it personal if you beat them. I have 2 1/2 in. Zort as well.

this subject has been MASSIVELY covered over the years.....

This just makes Tone angrier.

One of these days he's going to rip off all his clothes (god forbid) and go Bruce Banner on everyone, smashing everything in his way and killing all those who have MAFless tunes.

To avoid this, I'll keep my MAF in the future.

Tone put across a very balanced viewpoint in the past on this subject.
Pity many of the pro Mafless dudes couldn't comprehend that BOTH methods work for everyday cars....

Now I can't wait to get back to Perth on Thursday from here in Parabadoo(lucky i have my wireless modem with me cause there's not much to do at night here), mines having an OTRcai and Mafless tune done by Street Tuna tomorrow. Looking forward to that first drive after converting from my Maf tune.

Great numbers dude hope I get close to that.

I had 228rwkw when it was maf tuned. My tuner told me that the dyno was a little unhappy at the moment as it was cooked at the powercruise. So it's capable of doing tuning but power runs are out at the moment. So when it's up and running fully I will post the dyno sheet up. But even still it's great to drive, at WOT the roar is sooooo good!!!!!!!!!!
