Problems with posting pictures

Hi Guys, I am new to the forum and I have checked the FAQ about posting pictures but I dont have the attachment option on my new post thread.

I did notice that below the additional options I have :-

Posting Rules
You may post new threads
You may post replies
You may not post attachments
You may edit your posts

How do I change this?

You cant actually "attach" pictures here. You need to host them elsewhere (a lot of people use Photobucket or Cainer) and then use the & commands to post the picture.
