the one i saw, but can't remember where. had one lump on it. You could open the whole lot or just open the lump bit.

There was one on that concept ute that Holden did a few years ago that was powered. Haven't seen one on a regular ute though.

You could try or organize fabricating the one you have got now into a two piece.

Mate I know the ute you are talking about, But the little speed hump was just a shallow storage space not going complety through to the ute floor.

I think that I have seen the one that you are thinking of. It has a separate section in the front centre that opens up, and no its not the one of the concept car. I will keep sniffing around the net and see if I can find it.

There is also one that has been advertised over here in Perth where the whole lid lifts up front and rear and sits horizontally. You can also drive along whilst it is in this upright position.

Maybe this may be ok?

I have the tortuga ute lid on my VY Storm...

looks great, its made by national ute lids in ballarat. It's fully fibreglass so it doesnt shrink, expand or bend it the heat..

What i dont like about it is that its real heavy, takes two ppl to take it on and off.. the 2nd compartment takes some room out of the main area..

dont regret purchase !
