My wife walked in on me watching this vid. I told her what it is and she goes "wow thats not good is it. that car is soooo light." I laughed and explained that that was the point...she didn't get it.

how good is it when you first kick them over - priceless!! :yahoo:
I would love to see peoples faces when its finally on the road. Looks like it is all coming together though.
How long until you can give it a quick spin?? You must be dying to give it a squirt?!

Awesome project and good to see its almost in the final stages!
Is this still FWD? or undergoing some kind of conversion?
Still incredible and I wish I could see the looks on some peoples faces in their BMW or whatever when a little Astra pulls up along side of them with a tougher exhaust note than theirs:lmao:. They would probably think 'thats easily the nicest rice note I have heard. Too bad it doesnt go anywhere near as good as it sounds'
Then get left behind when this thing launches off the line and is 50 metres ahead of them and wonder WTF just happened! :lmao:
Cant wait to see some videos of this thing go. Also some time slips and drag runs:thumbsup:
Good luck with the project

Thanks for the good wishes guys, most appreciated :)
On schedule to be "on the road" last week in May.
It`s RWD, I`ve used a Vaux Omega rear axle with a Monza LSD.
