Built from brand new, and rare origonal parts this award winning custom chopper will set you apart from the pack.
93 cube S&S stroker engine ( 1000 miles only ) STD heads, '57 straight leg rigid frame ( new ) origonal '59 gas tanks, custom upswept fish-tail exhaust, hand made parts include,..front and rear fensers, rear struts, NOS bottle cradle, runs twin floating discs and rear juice brakes.
Inexcess of $65K has been put into this long time project. Now for sale at $40K. Will consider car as part trade......Ph 02/ 60241158 bh.

Mate - that is a sensational ride.. You cannot beat Pans, I have a had a couple in the past and will be in the market for a basket Pan at a later stage.

I will build it to a similar spec as yours.

Mate for the uneducated .... where does the term Panhead come from??

Might seem a dumb question but had to ask...I'd certainly be sorry to see it go as well...

Good question, the term Panhead refers to the shape or look, of the two rocker covers ie/ upside down pans.
Some feel the 50's - 60's Panheads are the prettiest engines Harley-Davidson ever made.
Before the Panhead was the WLA " Flathead " ...and after the Pan, was...
the Shovelhead, and later model Harleys followed .
Haven't a clue who coined the term tho !!!
