yay i got my learners permit!

gday all

i passed my learners permit test today! i did it all with ride tek, which i found to be an excellent company. tomorrow im test riding a hyosung gt250r. hopefully i wont shat myself too much on the public roads :confused:

Congrats mate, be aware on the road and never get too cocky.
Just ride as if noone can see u and expect them all to pull out so u can be a lil more prepared.

A piece of advice my Dad gave me when I started riding which turned out to be a life saver, go and practice emergency braking on an empty road. Do it over and over so it becomes second nature. You don't get a second chance at it when you need it for real.

well done mate, i have been riding for 2 years or so now , i much prefer riding than driving, but i will tell you this, Drivers will not see you!, so until you get your skills up treat every intersection,corner, round-a-bout as a stop sign, happy riding!
