VX Dash facias

Im after a red coloured ss dash facia. or hsv one for my car. and just wanted to know if anyone knew where to get one from for a really good price. thanks for any help.. much appreciated.

dont know if uve tried ebay yet man but it always seams to be the place for getting cheap stuff or if u search in google they bring up mobs that deal with that sort of stuff hope this healps

I havent tried google yet.. tried ebay.. none on there atm... one person wants to sell me one for 129 bucks. but sounds a bit much for a non genuine item really.... ill keep my eye out on ebay though. thanks.

Ive sprayed mine silver a few times now with mixed results, found this gem afterwards and next time Im going to try them out.

Thanks all... ill give them links a look... i found a red one i want on ebay. but the strange ppl are charging more, as in.. they have a yellow one on there for 119 and now put a red one up for 130.. i dont see the point.. weird..ebay for ya i guess. ill keep my eye out thanks for ya help.

Sounds like you are talking about a red "instrument cluster" face change, not what many think you are talking about, the "dash facia" that goes around the cluster, middle air vents and down toward the radio. I think you are getting answers to two different questions here...
You might want to clarify exactly which item you are after.

Just after the dash instrument cluster face.. speedo face etc.. found em on ssv... now its just a matter of money :) least know where they are.....

thats the one i was talkin about.. they have that one for one price and a yellow one is cheaper. dont get it.. and whats the diff.. that one looks like it comes with some sorta backing... and on SSV all u get is the face plate... too confusing lol...

Probably just comes down to desirability and what people are prepared to pay. Look at chev grilles for example...
Red is likely to be way more desirable than yellow, as it works better with many different paint/trim colours, so they charge more!

They do some pretty cool dashes for all commodores and light up in custom colours too. Not cheap though, around $300 I think.

Thanks for the offer. thats basically exactly what im after. i seen a red ss dash and thats what got me after one! but i dont want one complete such as yours... i want to keep my original km's. dont wanna have anything dodgy on my car at all.. as in lower k's than it should have... good price though!
