I have priced up some Dba 4000 slotted rotors but am not sure if the part numbers are correct.
I want the 4000 series 6x6 slotted front and rears,I have been quoted $150 each with the part number of DBA 040SR and DBA 040SL is this the correct part number for the discs listed above.

Cheers in advance ,I have searched but couldn't find the part number for the 4000 slotted 6x6's

Those 2 you have mentioned aren't the 4000 series.
The 4000 series equivalent would be front DBA 4040SR and DBA 4040SL and rear DBA 4041SR and DBA 4041SL. This would be for the standard size discs. However I strongly advise getting in touch with Dattoman to confirm this!

DBA 040SR and DBA 040SL would be your standard dba slotted rotor I'm thinking.

Why did you take them off Shane.

I took them off when i put my wilwoods on. I bought them and put them on with ts2000 pads but changed my mind and went for the big brakes instead.

Sorry, standard is DBA040. DBA4000 series, add 4000 to 040 = DBA4040. As they are slotted, you have DBA4040SL (slotted left) and DBA4040SR (slotted right).
It's all explained on their site, just not fully in the pdf catalogue. The catalogue tells you what disc options are available, the rest is just a play with the stock numbers.
4041's are the rears, SL and SR.

Ok I purchased a front pair of Dba 4000s rotors today with some feroda ts2000 pads and will probably but some street dba's the $99 jobbies with some ferodo's on the back as some helpful people have said if I dont plan regular track days then the 4000's wont be needed on the rears.

Thanks to all that have helped and please note the correct part numbers are

DBA 4040SR is for the 4000 series slotted front right
DBA 4040SL 4000 series slotted front left
DBA 4041SR 4000 series slotted rear right
DBA 4041SL 4000 " " Left

DBA 040S are the cheaper street only slotted add L/R for each side same part number front and rear.

All these part numbers are standard size rotors for Vy/Vx etc.

Also, Supercheap do the regular DBA 040SL+SR for under $99. If you know the right people, the 4000 series rotors can be bought for not much more money(Under $120 each!)
