I've had a good search for these with no success. Any ideas where I might be able to pick up a genuine or aftermarket copy?
Love the subtle look of the deck lid spolier I'm surprised that there arn't more aftermarket offers...

You could get a whole bodykit pretty cheap:

[QUOTE=Satansfist;922679]You could get a whole bodykit pretty cheap:
The Calais already comes with a similiar body kit - I've seen the bootlid on a few cars and it integrates really well with the rest of the standard kit.

Not sure exactly which one you are talking about but I had a HBD bodykit from new on my VYI SV8 and I was told the rear spoiler and side skirts were identical to those on the S pack and from what I could see I think that was correct. The spoiler was smaller than those on the SS, so if what I was told was right then all you're really looking for is the rear spoiler from an S pack. Or are you meaning just the lip spoiler?

yeah i think hes talking about the lip spoiler - its shown very well in the VY series I or II berlina/calais brochure towards the back. its just a subtle kick off the boot - i wouldnt mind a similar thing to suit a VT-VX boot.
ohh and that vespers berlina pictured in the brochure is AWSOME - i absolutely love it too bits with the wheels, kit and lowered - and all from the factory!!! VZ and VE just didnt give me the same kick when flicking through the brochures :(

yeah mate i saw that one. i really cant picture what it looks like. i rang up and asked about it but the guys were about as helpful as an old brick.
they couldnt tell me what particular model it was off of - didnt even know weather it was a factory option on VT or VX - and had awful difficulty describing what it looks like - as the pic on that site is crap.
in the end, i didnt look any further into it because as far as i can see iv NEVER seen a genuine lip spoiler for VT or VX. not even HBD. i reckon it may be an export item??? if anyone has a decent pic of one, fitted to a car, please let me know as im very interested :)

For a lip spoiler for VT / VX look at the HSV senator type or the HSV Manta / HBD type.

Are you saying this is still available from holden? I was told you could only get the HBD stuff when you ordered a new car?

That pic is too big ... any chance you could post a smaller one? ;) :lmao:
Looks like the standard HBD spoiler (from the detail I can see in a pic that size). When HBD install a boot spoiler with leds brake lights, they always disconnect the parcel shelf one

Looks like the S spoiler.
If the car is a HBD it will have a ID plate under the bonnet.
If it is a HBD have a look for your code Here (http://www.ls1.com.au/forum/showthread.php?t=43441)
