Draglist.com shows Sammy's best times as 3.58 seconds at 386 mph. This was at Santa Pod in England. I seem to remember them saying he did zero to 100 mph in 18 inches and zero to 60 mph in 0.3 secs! They estimated him pulling 14g, which was 3g more than re-entry from a space flight.

Someone was telling me about this a few weeks ago and my response was "your so full of sh*t". Because i was under the impression that Tony shumakers Top fueler had the qickest pass 4.44sec

Theres been quicker than that. Doug Kalitta posted a 4.420 but not backed up. Schuie hold the record with a 4.428. Schumaker alos hold the Top Fuel speed record with 336.15 set in 2005.

Makes Scott Kallitas 4.510 @ 332 mph at WSID on boxing day look pretty good eh ? .09 sec slower than the fasted time ever recorded. :confused:
