Help to locate a single Turanza ER30 255/50/R19

Due to an unfortunate incident I need to urgently locate and purchase a single:

Bridgestone Turanza ER30 255/50/R19 103w

But can't seem to locate one by phoning local brisbane tyre dealers.

I thought if anyone can assist in this quest the ls1.com.au forums will be able to.
