i had a customer last week that wanted something different than the usual coulson seat conversions in his vyII executive.so i had a go at using VE senator foams. there was a few tricks to it but overall it came up pretty well. heres a pic of the before and after result:

good news is that its not as involved as doing coulson seats and is a little different. the seats are also more comfortable for the larger framed guys than coulsons are.

the guy bought the foams off ebay and it was pretty much a standard retrim price after that. i think he paid $680 for the foams.but im going to do some research to see what i can get them for. a different place makes them than the coulsons.

I'm hanging out to retrim my VY SS front seats. As we all know, they suit the larger amoung us, but here I am, weighing in just over that of a sparrow fart, and I slip all over the place!

Beat me to it... :stick:

Why are retrimming seats so expensive. :( I've always wanted to retrim my VT's seats but they aren't GFBs :(

Throw a couple of arms and cup holders on them and I'll take two for the lounge room... :eyes:

Dont mind them actually.

If you could blunten the points so they were more in line with the profile of the rest of the seats (instead of being diamond shaped) I reckon they would look awsome. :)

Another sparrow fart here, 173cm and 65KG.

Leather and sports seats is bad, the bolsters don't hold me, they just knock my orientation as I slide into them en route to falling between the door and the seat!
