its a scam
i emailed them and this is the reply i got

Hello

The price I want to obtain for it is $13,000 AU and I'm requesting an $5,000 AU REFUNDABLE deposit prior shipping and the balance to be paid after delivery and inspection (this price includes shipment and insurance charges).
The car is located in Las Vegas, Nevada ,USA and we found out that we cannot register the car here, because it is an AU model (Australian Delivery, RHD) with Australian specs and US regulations are different from the Australian ones. The car has no debts on it and its genuine!!!!. Also we didn't pay yet the duties for bringing it here and if we sell it back to AU there will be no more duties to be paid. Now we have our money stucked with this vehicle, so the low price is for a fast cash deal.
The car is like new, completely working, low miles (12,000 km) and it has clear title. It has always been garage kept. It will be shipped from Las Vegas, Nevada ,USA and it will take no more then 7 days for the car to arrive at the delivery location. If you are not 100% content with the car, you will ship it back on my expense to get your money back. I am sure this will not happen, because it is a state of the art vehicle and you will have no reason to reject it.
If you agree with these terms, please send me your full name, home and shipping address so I can register the transaction with eBay Square Trade asap.
Once I have this details you will know how to make the payment and how the car will be shipped.

Cheers

Yes leaves alot to imagine with the "postage" of the vehicle. I wonder if thats included in the $13,000? One thing thats really making me wonder is why the add says it's located in New South Wales:confused:

Kubota tractors and Ag machines are regular scammer items, as they don't have rego to verify where they're from.
Anyone actually used the "Pre Approved Bidders" option on Ebay?
Most of the BS ads I have seen have that function operational.
Amazing there are so many pricks out there doing this sort of crap.:booze::bs::nono:
