Cleaning Battery Acid off engine battery/Engine bay

Does anyone know of anything to easily remove battery acid off metal? Old battery leaked. Sanded back most of it and resprayed but there is more in harder to reach areas!:bawl:

mate you can try sandblasting it......

BiCarb Soda and water mix .... pour it on and it'll neutralise and lift the acid. Once it has you simply wash down the area

boiling water straight from the kettle works well too
