A nice exhaust system followed by some diff gears intake and tune will totally transform the car into something pleasurable to drive guranteed :)

The hsv exhaust arnt to bad bit of gear for wat they are,but a good after market exhaust will net you some good torque,if you didnt want to go the full hog,you could keep the hsv headers and do a cat bak,it all depends on wat you want from the car in total :)

I would say a exhaust system /diff gears / tune / otr will throw you into the 12's easily, will also make a great dailey driver :)

Diff gears about $1200
Tune about $1000
OTRCAI about $ 600
Catback about $ 600

All up about $3400 but seeing as your getting it all done at once you could probably get that down to maybe $3g or so????

Your car will already ahve 3.73's if manual.

Mine is a 255 Clubby, I installed everything myself bar the $1350 Tex clutch.
Mafless tune $600
2nd hand OTR $300
X-force 2.5" $450

13.1 @ 106 mph.

Probably didn't need the clutch but it's there for the future mods.

3.9's might see 12's.

I can give you some good ideas for a WK Grange. Just give me a call.
Its all a matter of where you want to end up - that also determines the first steps.

I arrange supply and installation of good exhaust systems including Difilippo's and the tune. Also if you want to go further cam or heads/cam packages at good rates.

 Is there two cars?

Anyways,
Exhaust & Intake would be first mods, then depending on how far you want to go, get some diff gears and get her tuned. If you just want a decent improvement over stock, skip the gears and get the tune.

nah just the on grange , my fuel consumption is on like in the 17's and its killing me in the back pocket filling up so often any tips on how to reduce it? (apart from the obvious answer of taking it easy on the throttle which i already am!)

Lower it then get diff gears one of the best mods

Its good that your seeking advise from those who have the knowledge.

The best thing would be work out with someone what you actually want the car to do for you.

as you may be better off looking at spending a bit more and get a cam package and exhaust system etc and save yourself on the double cost of tunes.

But i guess that depends on your budget.

I'm sure a trip to sonny's or one of the other forum sponsors for a chat will put you in the right direction.

Do the Diff 1st, 3.73 ratio if you really want some Fun.

Then the exhaust

My 2 cents

:)
