Changing steering wheels ?

Hi all
has anyone swapped their airbag steering wheel in your late model commodore ? Anyone know the procedures and legalities in doing so ? just a steering wheel remover as per old days or do i need to take it someone to do it and who /where ? specifically I want to change a stocker VY1 SS wheel which the leather is stuffed for a better thicker rimmed HBD or HSV item ?

Do a search mate, there are lots of posts on this, I even typed out the procedure somewhere.
