The top cover is loose, where the arms of wipers and turn signal comes out. What do you call that? I think the clip is broken, it's annoying, i tried to push it hoping the it'll clip in but it won't.

That is your steering column cowling (upper), not sure on Holden technical name though.
Normally both halves are screwed together from the bottom. Have a look and see if the screws are loose or missing...

Whew...thank you very much! Been thinking of the name for the last 2 days..hehe
If the screw is missing, where can I get one?

From memory half of the securing screws are "self tappers" - with the other 2 or so threaded to screw into the steering column assembly.
Just have a look see if your are all there /tight etc.

One of the 2 screw on the bottom is missing, it's on the left bottom side.

Me too ....... and if they did sell them some people would be pi$$ed off though that dealer A wanted a lot more than dealer B wanted for (apparently) the same thing .......... :D

One of the 2 screw on the bottom is missing, it's on the left bottom side.
Have a look on the floor area & under the front seat - might have fallen out & rolled underneath.

I checked, it's not there, i think it fell off or it wasn't there originally to start with. It's annoying coz at first i thought my steering wheel is not centered when i'm driving but when i looked, it's actually the upper cowling, it's not secured properly.
I hope I don't need to book it in for the whole day!
