VY 2 SS Intermittent starting problem

Hey all,

Thought I would see if any one else has had this issue:

Turn key, revs to approx 1200rpm then the engine dies. Throttle is unresponsive during this short time.
Turn key off / on, again revs to approx 1200rpm then settles down to normal idle.
I have replaced the battery which seemed to help but a week later, same problem.
Replaced battery terminals, seemed to fix but the issue returned.
Lights and radio work fine during the engine "blackout"

Only mods are the pacemakers and 2.5" exhaust.

Spoke with Holden who didnt have an answer for me.....

Im hoping someone here does!

Do you get error codes???? Press and hold the mode and set button then turn the ignition to "on" move through the menu till you reach "error codes" should be full of zero's. If not try and start the engine while in this menu and see what comes up? The reason it comes good (in my opinion) is your resting the engine management.. Hence it should come up with error codes. See how you go and if anything comes up at least Holden may be able to help.. One could always get a pro to actually look at it :P
