Should i get my tune tweaked?

Looking at getting some pacmaker tri-y's and 2.5" high flow cats once the tax man decieds to give me some of my hard earned back, and I am wondering wether I should get the tune tweaked. Also do you supply and/or fit pacie tri-ys and high flows and tweak the tune and if so how much for?
