Squeezing Huge one like that is actually quite dangerous.

If they pop internally they can get massively infected.

I had one such incident and it swelled to the size of a discus in 24hrs.

Had to have it surgically removed and spent a week in hospital.... YUCK

It looks like the first one posted had that problem , right at the end of the clip there is a picture of him looking unhappy with half his face swolen up .
