I find this forum to be very helpful and everything but I always find it a wee bit taxing navigating from one section of the forum to another. I'm not sure if you have much to do with, or are affiliated with 'Aussie Car Forum' but I find the layout of that site way more intuitive. I seem to be pressing the 'back' button a lot on this site.
Also the colour combinations are giving me a headache, theres one bit with white letters on grey, wtf.
Anyways the content of this site is excellent and the validation thing is a good way to keep out riff-raff and whingers like me.
Cheers.
Is there a problem you actually require assistance with Cruzadr or just offering some feedback?

Download firefox here
http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/
once installed, log back into ls1.com.au
then, when you select 'new posts' > 'new posts' from the home page
Click the mouse wheel down on the threads you want to read, these will open in a new tab. Then you can then click each tab and read through the thread, when you done just close that tab.
This way you will still have the 'new post' screen open...
hope this helps
For the rest of you questions, there are 22,000 members which i think are pretty happy... i personally dont like the blue because my boss can tell what im doing right now  its so obvious with blue!

Firefox is your friend :D
I made the switch from IE7 a couple months ago, because i always open things in a new tab, but occasionally i pressed "Open in new window" and IE7 would crash. Its not uncommon for me have 6 or 7 tabs open in firefox with no hassles.
The layout is a bit confusing to start with but you'll get used to it in now time.
CarlFST60L, i like the blue. but for the hell of it, what colour do u suggest?

or you could just hold down the shift button whilst clicking on your chosen thread and it will automatically open in a new window..I have anything up to 20 threads open at once without a problem doing this , this is for IE

what colour do u suggest?
I wonder if, just maybe, it would be possible for the forum to be setup so users can create their own color scheme

Tabs are awesome. Been using them for years with Opera. Only problem is I have been sucked in and now use Tabs instead of Bookmarks and I can't get out of the habit. Right now I have 61 tabs open and I can't see it getting less :eyes:

Can you redesign the site to look like a "Word" doc or "Excel" spreadsheet. I'm sick of getting busted at work by the boss !!
Evertime time he comes by my office he hears a mouse click (me flicking to the yahoo tab!) and says "Is that work you are doing ?" !! :)

try pressing the "Alt" and "Tab" button.
then ya can flick between programs without pressing the mouse and sounding sus ;)
