Nice. Makes me want to go out and buy another 600 and race again........
Don't forget to bandaid the speedo so you don't scare the crap out of yourself everytime you dive into turn 1 at the creek :D

Mate very nice! what times are you running on it, I assume you are running at Eastern Creek. I've personally never raced there, have you been to any other tracks?
what classs you going to race in? Supersport or superstock.
oh and get rid of those oggy knobs, I think they are the worst thing you could put on a race bike, they cause more damage then they save.
oh and love the new bike:)

Very nice... Im a lil biased tho as I have an 06 ;)
I notice you have a steering dampner on it. Ever tried it without? I only ask as im thinking of getting one for mine. But.... I put one on my ZX12R and to be honest I didnt think it made that much of a difference :(

Gareth

Yea it did before hand... and did afterwards :bawl: Not that bad but with something of that size it was a lil un nerving. One of the many reasons I got rid of that oversized thing!
My zx6 gets a little shake coming out of corners flat out in 2nd which I was hoping to minimize a bit :1peek: I could just go slower but where is the fun in that

the son moved out took all his stuff so heeps of room now
Thanks guys, can't wait to take it out again.
I've only taken it out once and that was the first time I'd ever ridden a sportsbike in my life and got down to consistent 1:53 lap times around the Creek. Gonna start club racing next year.
In regards to the damper I couldn't tell you cause the bike came as is, but I know at the Creek coming out of a few of the turns especially the last one and the front gets light, it definately eases the wobbles out and gave me confidence.
Go the Kwaka's!!! haha.
Cheers,
Matt

Mine certainly likes to get light on the front  I recon i'll just bite the bullet and buy one. Certainly cant hurt.
And yes got the Kwaka's! :1peek:

Hi Gareth,
Have you looked at playing with the suspension, either front or rear so as to prevent it from getting light.
I had mine adjusted on my old r6 as it did it once and i have never had it since. i ride it harder now than i did 7years ago.
