My SS-V

Well guys I have thought long and hard about this, and have come to the realisation that keeping my SSV any longer just isn't viable.
It is a beautiful car I cant deny that, It's probably the biggest decision i have made since buying my house.
Having recently separated with my partner its just a huge investment sitting there, My car gets used maybe 20 km's a day, The money the car is worth in my current position would be better off putting back on my house and getting rid of some of the debt I have gathered since buying my SSV, I'm now just looking at getting my self a small run about,
Ok that's enough about my problems, here is some detail about the car.
The car is located in Adelaide, will send into state if needed.
2007 model VE SSV, 6L 6 speed manual built in January.
Has rego remaining until January 2008,
Has 6 years Holden Warranty (not dealer)
Sting Red with Red/black leather interior,
* Car only has 4900km's as from today, It's still practically a brand new car, It's in Showroom condition, recently treated to a full detail, and leather conditioning. Always garaged, no crash or damage history. Hasn't been flogged as it doesn't get used enough to.
* Factory fitted sunroof
* Tinted windows
* Radiator dress shroud
* Boot Lid liner
* Premium SS Floor Mats
* Sports colour coded steering wheel
* Sports colour coded gear shift
* Has been lowered by pedders, (will come with standard springs at no extra cost)
* It has a full custom twin 3" premium stainless steel exhaust system
* Full cold air induction
* Dyno tune by KPM Motorsport, produces 273rwkw's
Many fellow Ls1 Member's in Adelaide can vouch for this cars Beautiful Stance on the road and The Sweet V8 sound of the Exhaust.

The Exhaust System, Cold Air Induction and Dyno cost me $5500, (I have recepts)
I have all the standard parts here that will go with the car, i.e. standard exhaust system, standard air box and standard springs.
I'm looking for $50k Or Nearest Offer. forget paying dealership delivery and government charges, this car has everything you need already, and it actually sounds like a V8.
Tell me your thoughts, and if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask, I am in no hurry to sell but I would like to see it go to a good home.
