Where to lower my car in Sydney???

Hi All

Can anyone recommend a good business where I can get my car lowered. Im after a reputable business who know how to look after their customer's cars.

So far I have tried Pedders in Granville, as he comes highly recommended by a few people. Just shopping around at the moment so Im looking for some more suggestions.

Out of interest, are you just going to have the springs replaced or getting the bushes and shocks done too?

I got mine done at CHE. Nice and simple job, springs and shocks.

Con at Pedders Granville lowered my VY SS ute when I had it. I can recommend him. I drove the car for about 3 months and then decided the rear needed to go a bit lower, I took the car back expecting to have to pay for 2 more springs + labour but no! he replaced the rear springs at no cost! You can't ask for more than that!

Another vote for Con at Granville Pedders here. I got the entire front end re-done - new springs, struts, bushes, the lot. Exeptional service throughout and the best waiting room i've seen with foxtel, plasma, aircon, vending machines, coffee etc...

I only went in to get a faulty bush replaced and walked out 5 hours later with almost 2 grand worth of suspension gear :lol:

I'll be going back in a few weeks to get the rear sorted for an awsome price aswell. I was amazed at the price difference between Con and the other pedders franchise i've used in the past.

I'll be in the same boat soon as my bushes and rear shocks need replacing.

I went to Con at Pedder's Granville last week for an alignment, and must say was impressed with the service there. He was happy to explain all the parts in detail for me as I know nothing about cars, and yeah, the waiting room was cool!

Unfortunately the quote for the new suspension is a little too expensive for me just at the moment as I'm in the process of purchasing property. Hope to do it all within the next few months, and will either be going to Con@Pedders or Sonny@Marranos.

Sonny recommends Con, thats why i went to him.

I've also heard good things about Penrith Wholesale Suspension and was recommended to them. The only reason i didn't look into them is they were a little inconvinient(distance wise) for me.

Got mine done at Morranos.

Was getting all the rods and bushes replaced, so got lower springs at the same time. Yet to get shocks done.

Looks like its between Con or the guys at Penrith Wholesale. Ill probably end up going to Con since he is only about 5 mins from my place, but Ill give Penrith Wholesale a buzz and see how that goes.
