Rattle inside interior light.

I have an annoying rattle inside my interior light. I want to pop the light cover to investigate. Problem is, that everytime I try to pry something like this, I end up breaking it.

Is there a knack to it or simply shove a fine screwdriver in, bend and pray for the best.

Not sure if its the same as VX but mine pops out quite easy, fingers do the job.

haha my vy ss does the same! drives me nuts but im yet to look!

pretty sure the cover some come off easily.... if u cant by hand yes a small flat blade will wedge him out!

I've done this on numerous cars without any problems.

If you are worried, just look in the car manual. Look up replacing globes and you should be sweet.

Yeah I should have mentioned the car manual is temporarily lost. I will give it a go today.

UPDATE. Too easy...took a small screwdriver to the notches at the back. Popped off easily. No breakage which is a surprise.

If its the cover that rattles, blue tac works a treat....

It looks like the cover is rattling. I was gonna try some double sided tape...but the suggestion of blue tac seems to be the goer. I will raid the kids supply tommorow.

ahh ok, ive gotta go for a big drive tomorro so ill take my cover off and see! i hope thats it cause its really annoying!
