Well its been 2 weeks now since I sold my SSV, and I thought I would just do a carsales search to see if it was still for sale. It seems she hasnt sold yet, maybe its because of there asking price.

The pictures they took of the car are unbelivable, The only thing they didnt get hold of was my Number Plates (MYSSV)...

http://www.carsales.com.au/used-cars/dealer/HOLDEN/COMMODORE/details.aspx?Cr=4&State=South%20Australia&R=1697624

Have a look.

hmmmm The link works for me.

As for why did i sell, to cut a long story short. I seperated with my partner, I was stuck in a possition where i was slowly going backwards, because of my house, car and daily expenses, I was having to budget every cent, and I didnt wanna live like that.

I like a bit of freedom.

I sold it for $47k so they seem to want a little mark up, But it was in the Sunday Mail yesterday for $51,990.

The ad states "new car warranty". Is that possible with all of the mods? BTW, if I had the green, I would love to be it's new owner:driving:

The mods will only avoid warranty on parts associated with them, i.e a door handle stops working, that will still be covered under warranty.
In my experience if you look after your dealer or have a friendly enough relationship, they will tend to look after you.
At the end of the day warranty work doesn't come out of there pocket it comes out of Holden's.

I had an add here for over a week and had nothing more than "if i had the cash" replies. I would have preferred my car go to a fellow enthusiast, and i would rather help someone else out than help the dealer make a profit.

Perhaps your not the only one who can't really afford it, but would like it...

Hope everything comes together for you mate. Know what you mean about having "freedom" to do things, I am the same.
