View Full Version : Seat memory control

The monaro seems to be loosing the plot with the seat memory settings. I will fairly regularly come back to the car to find the seat fully raised and forward 10cm, or the back tilted well back or whatever.

Is the seat control a function of the car computer, or does it have a separate control centre. I would suspect that it is tied in with the CPU as it connected with the car keys. Is this a dealer fix job or do the tuners have access with their software?

Thanks,

The Old Man

There is a module under the seat. They can also in some situations cut through the insulation on part of the seat wiring harness, causing the seat to do it's own thing!
