Universal Varex Remote Rear Muffler

Has anyone heard about the Varex rear muffler which is remote operated for loud and quite sound. It has a flap inside the muffler which opens and closes with a press of a remote button in 2 seconds between shifts. I am very interested in this muffler and might give it a go very handy if driving pass cops if you have a noisy v8 and very handy if getting it tested at a epa station just press the remote button to quite as no one will no what you have got because the main control box is on top of the muffler and wont be seen once fitted. And i heard it goes down to something like 82 db which is lower than a factory standard exhaust. Price is around $350.00 + fitting. You can even get it in a smaller oval tip if you thing the cannon tip is too much.

to fit it to your clubsport you need to extend the tip by about 400mm with a 25 degree bend to mount up to your mounts

the other problem you have is largest size is 3" inlet

If i buy it mce i will remove the rear sureflo muffler and get made up a new pipe going from the diff to the rear of the muffler. With the 3" inlet i will get the exhaust shop to open up the pipe to 3.5 on there hydraulic pipe machine.

you could try but its chinese stainless and it does not like to be expanded and will split

It might split as thats what i was thinking. Even if it does they can weld it back as i would love to give it a try as some days you would prefer it to be quite which there arnt many but it would to great to adjust it when you want like long trips etc.
