Just wondering if I can get an Idea as to what I will be looking at for the following from you guys.

I have a L76 Thunder manual and want the following

Headers (prefereably not pacemaker as there thinness made my valvetrain very noisey, I had the RED VU SS that belonged to Justin "Juzzy" 'RJH-775' if you remember the noise it had?)
Hi-Flow Cats (are they that important? Not stainless as cost is rediculas.)
Twin 2.5 or 3inch system (Not stainless, but not something thats of poor quality, how much more for a LH/RH exiting system with quad tips?)
Maffless Tune (would it be worth also getting a OTRCAI aswell)

Hows the stock clutch going to deal with this power, I wont be taking it to the track, and at most it will see a traffic light battle once a month...

Thanks.

Thanks buddy, ended up in Frankston today so I dropped past and had a talk to Frank about it, so I have a system worked out with an estimated price with the tune now.

Look forward to it as the Thunder is sickeningly slow at the moment:spew:

In my experience your clutch should be ok, however get a tex, they are awesome and you will need one anyway if you get a cam later on. My 2c :)

Yeah clutch is on the cards, but not right away purely due to cash flow. My last ute had some extreem clutch, hated it. I have heard good things about the Tex so I'll likely go for one of them. In the meantime the ute wont be getting raced, it will mearly just have more power so I'm sure the clutch will hold up... at least for a while.
