Wife and i decided to sell and build again . Built house to have a family and thats not going to happen , so going to build a house just to suit the two of us .

Stupid election , all the buyers are hiding under a rock because they think the sky is going to fall on them .

Not necessarily - I just bought last week. Market is more demand that supply at the moment (in Melb anyway)... even with the interest rates like they are. People have the option of fixing their interest rates for a few years anyway, so don't be too dishartened.

By the way - nice looking house!

Just being impatient , some land is about to be released and i want to get moving .Looks like next one after that maybe :bawl:, oh well .


Had a quite a few people looking , its funny the things people pick out that they do and dont like . 90% of the time we piss off out of here .
