VE SS - Does Wiper bottle fill to top?

I have a VE SS and when filling the windscreen wiper bottle (blue cap) I cant get it to reach the top (it goes on floor)

It has already run out of water twice and I am sure that I havent used the wiper spray that much.

Is it normal?

had the same issue mate.
take it back to holden and get them to replace it.
its common and mine is all good now :D

Same here, the hose that runs over the drivers hdlight keeps bursting, had holden replace once but is leaking again.

Found my filler hose was cracked when i was fitting my HID's. Got it replaced on the next service.

Washer bottle problems are common mine was relaced yesterday.

Part number being replaced is 92191905, the filler neck. There are some other threads getting around that show how common this is.

Sure is a common problem only had my car 2 weeks and it had to be replaced

Same here it doesnt leak but fill it right up two uses and the bottles empty...
