Street Commo Feature

[11SLI]

Hey guys, i know a lot of you guys dont get on the "other" forum and dont give two hoots about that "otherside" but i just thought that i would share with you that the ute has made another appreance in a mag, this time Being Street Commodores Car Of The Year issue #134..

I thought the previous shoot with Aussie Brutes came out well, but hats really go off to the boys at SC Mag and Tony Rabbitte for the photos..

hey mate i picked the mag up last thursday gotta say that ute is farking awsome if you ever want to part with that interior it would look good in my vy i reckon! Ha ha well done mate might be in the same mag this time next year ay.

Hey Leigh, i mentioned PT as they were a major part in the build up since i first owned the ute and helped out with the early stages of the TT kit, and have to thank them for the work they had done to my ute..Id say Mark and Shaun were the influences to get me to the modifications LOL, Therefore they deserve the big thanks for helping out..
Then big thanks to Kent and the boys at HT, for the rebuild and all the ongoing help.. cant wait to get the ute back on tuesday to see what she ends up pulling, and Leigh i will be out at the track practising as i havent yet had the chance to :)

Thanks bud, its comes as a suprise to people when they find out its still original paint after 175,000k's.. Wasnt too great when i got it but a lot of love and the right cleaners/polish to get it to where it is..

Photos were taken at the Cane Fields at Yatala past the drive-in threatre..

It's an awesome ride....i saw it at Hi Torque just after the rebuild...they were just putting it on the dyno to give her a run in....sounded sooo tough...so we had to take a couple of pics....but with that sub between the seats must be deafening...lol...and if thats the original paint..WOW!...great job:bow:

Thanks mate, the shoot was in June... They said there is usually a 4-6month delay between the photoshoot and the feature article.

Yeh the sub is only in there for show factor, i hardly even have it on and i may be selling the setup to a more realistic setup as well.

Yeh well there are a fair few ppl that have asked if i know where he is and are glad he has disappeared :rofl:

Black rims are still on it.. The photoshoot was taken before i had them and before the motor was built, but written up with all the details of the built motor etc...
