I Need Help !

Hi all,
I am new here and looking for advice please, I have a VT SS 5.7 recently started mixing oil and water, I thought Head Gasket, but it is ok after stripping the motor down, is there any other reason it would mix oil and water and overheat, any advice would be great.

Could be a cracked head or water gallery in your block..doesnt sound to good mate..hope it all turns ok in the end for you

Thanks for that, I was hoping it wasnt going to be to serious but I think you might be right. The heads look perfect, so has to be from in the block.

Yeah mate unfortunately if you're replaced the head gasket it usually means a cracked head.

you sure its not transmission oil? very common for the trans oil cooler to leak into the radiator. heads rarely crack in to oil supply galleries. iam assuming you have oil in the water? or do you nhave water in the oil?

Yeah well I assumed water into oil = chocolate milkshake when you take the oil filler cap off...
