Got a maff tune done by autotechnique shit what a difference much more responsive all round cant belive it. The only problem was on friday it was quite hot around 33 as the engine was getting to hot on the dyno and couldnt get the best out of it started from 209rwk before tune and ended up with 221rwk not much of a jump but the difference oh yeh especially the gear changes chirps and goes sideways no worries. Will be going back when mario moves to the new factory as he has better equipment there aswell as a cooling room for the dyno so it doesnt matter what the temp is looking forward to that just have to wait till the 15/1/08. By the way does anyone know if getting a tune done on a cool day or a hot day should it make a difference on the dyno as i think it would as i was hoping to get 230rwk easy.:xmas:

Dyno dynamics (and other) dynos compesate for temperature in shootout mode ... so it shouldnt make a difference if the run was done in shootout mode ... that being said, I think it may make a difference from previous ho vs. cold results.

I think most of the power in the shifts is coming from reduced (or removed) torque management and anti-abuse tags not outright power ... someone with more experience can comment here ...

How does it feel in gear (say 3rd from 80-140)?

Nice one andypower...221 is still respectable, mine got the same on the dyno with the maf tune, i agree it feels a heap better everywhere and love that little chirp she puts out!

Hope you keep the mods coming mate, little bit every so often and your car will get better and better!
