Hi All,
A few Saturdays ago, I arranged to have my car dyno'd at Chev's. I just want to thank Gary and to express my gratitude for the time he's taken in what seemed like a very busy Saturday for them to run my car which took over well over hour. Gary was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me and the result I wanted confirmed. This is what I call great service. Unfortunately, these sort of attributes seems to be lacking these days, not just in the automotive industry but for many I encounter in my profession.
BTW I'm not one of Chev's regulars, as a matter of fact, they've never worked on my car. The car had a problem (pinging) which was fixed by my tuner and for peace of mind I wanted a second opinion. Gary accomodated my request in a professional manner and without discrediting anyone or the sales pitch to get me to change camp...a genuinely nice bloke. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chev's to anyone.
FYI - I actually posted a much detailed thread about this 3 weeks ago but did not get posted up...not sure what happend there, maybe a bit too detailed, however I didn't get a message from the moderators as to why though. Anyway no big deal.
"A Merry Chrismas to All and a Safe New Year"...bring on 2008.
Cheers
